Prime location if you like to party!
Pretty good location, right at the start of pink street. If you are looking for a quiet location - this will not be for you though as the parties rage on till well after 3am. Service was great, everyone was super friendly. Rooms were clean and they gave free water and coffee which was a nice touch. No elevator, so if you have full luggage it is a mission to get it up the stairs. We stayed in a double room and there is no privacy, so if you are traveling with a friend make sure you are super comfortable with them. The w/c and shower are right in the room and are super small.

Rooms are very rustic and cozy yet modern and up-to-date. Stayed in two different rooms and both were just wonderful with modern amenities. The only thing I did not like is they have no elevator. My rooms were on the 4th and 5th floors and walking up them everyone stops takes a deep breath with a sigh and continues the journey. It was rather funny. I will say the hotel staff was more than willing to accommodate you regarding bringing your suitcases up for you so that isn't a problem. This boutique hotel sits right in the middle of Pink Street where you can dine outside, dance at a nightclub or purchase yummy Pastilles de Nata with an espresso. Walking distance to the river, stores, street festivals, subway or train station, so much accessiblity to everything. Doesn't have much of a hotel restaurant so to speak so plan on eating at one of the many restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again just pack a lighter suitcase next time.

The location is ideal for newcomers to Lisbon. The staff were super friendly and offered great recommendations. The optional breakfast exceeded expectations! (We recommend it) The room was clean and lovely. If we were to change anything it would be to have a place for luggage/belongings & perhaps a wall between the bathroom area and the bed. Also note, there is no elevator.

The Pink Street area was overall a little dirty for our family. We found it to be the dirtiest and smelliest part of the city despite daily power washing. We enjoyed the staff and breakfast at the hotel and they addressed the issues we had with our room in a timely manner.

Beautiful hotel, very unique building. Location is great. However the showerhead in our room was hanging off the wall AND the room above us would leak into our shower and toilet area when they showered. The coffee and water in our room was also never replenished

The rooms are beautifully maintain and very clean . You don’t need to ask them to clean it. It’s a noisy place coz it’s in the heart of pink street so busy at night. Accessible to all part of tourist attraction. Be sure to ride Uber the best way to do when u get tired it’s a bit cheaper.

We had a horrible experience here. The walls are incredibly thin and all we could hear were our neighbors having sex and there was no hot water from the shower. There were no other rooms for us to switch to so we were forced to leave and pay for another hotel. We were told at the front desk to reach out through WhatsApp to the manager to request a refund, in which we were told we would get a refund through Expedia. When we reached out through Expedia, the hotel denied the refund.. I would’ve considered giving this place a better rating if they were able to make this right for us. Save your money and don’t book here.
