B&B är litet, trångt och alldeles för dyrt för vad man får. Vi anlände på eftermiddagen för incheckning och hotellet var låst med en lapp i fönstret att "vi kommer snart". Ville vi komma i kontakt med hotellet kunder vi ringa ett mobilnummer (via hemlandet). Vi tog en promenad i byn under en timme och kom tillbaks. Samma lapp i fönstret. Vi ringde 3 gånger och fick till sist svar att "jag är bara i affären, kommer om 5 min.". Efter 15 min kom en ung kvinna som sa att " hon varit på beachen i solen med familjen" samma kvinna som sa att hon varit i affären. Rummet var ca 10 m2. MYCKET litet. Detta kostade 89 pund för en natt. Det skulle kostat mindre än hälften. Detta B&B avrådes bestämt!

La peggiore esperienza in Irlanda

Clifden värt ett besök
Ett litet och praktiskt bed and breakfast mitt i centrum av Clifden. Rummet var av enklare slag men prisvärt i förhållande till vad vi valt. Det var överraskande tyst på vårt rum trots att det vette mot en av huvudgatorna. Vi fick tyvärr vänta i två timmar utanför hotellet vid ankomst på eftermiddagen då entrédörren var låst och det endast satt en lapp på dörren att ägaren var tillfälligt ute. När väl ägaren kom så var servicen bra och vi märkte dagen därpå att det fanns fler personal på hotellet. Trots det var entrédörren hela tiden låst och lappen med tillfälligt ute satt uppe hela tiden. Det finns ingen fri parkering som det nämns i beskrivningen utan det är allmänna parkeringsbestämmelser utanför på gatan som gäller, vilket innebär att man får betala för parkeringsplats till klockan arton. Nätuppkopplingen (free Wi-Fi) fungerade inte heller de två dagarna som vi var där. I övrigt kan vi verkligen rekommendera ett besök i Clifden med övernattning så att det finns möjlighet att gå ut och äta på de lokala restaurangerna och pubarna och lyssna på irländsk musik.

Ok B&B til prisen
Fint lille B&B til prisen. Dog er deres Wifi meget dårligt hvilket er lidt irriterende hvis man er afhængig af det i forhold til planlægning. Der er ikke nogen parkering tilknyttet stedet men dette er ikke noget problem da der er masse af pladser på gaden. Clifden er en meget turist fyldt by hvilket kan være lidt anstrengende
