I was wondering how the key app would go, since it sounded like other people had issues with it, but I had no problems at all and ended up finding it really easy and convenient to use. The property itself was very nice, modern, clean, located near public transportation (and just a quick ride to some of the bigger transportation hubs) - all good things! I stayed in a compact room, so it was very small, but it felt cozy more than cramped and there was a lot of use of vertical space for storage (plus a footstool included so short people like me could reach the top shelves!). My only complaint is that the company was very hard to get ahold of. Before my arrival, I had a question about a potential problem (some of the personal info in my reservation email was incorrect), and I tried both emailing them at the address they provided and messaging the property via Hotels.com, and never received any sort of reply. It didn't end up causing any issues, but I would have felt better if I had gotten some sort of response!
