Exactly as advertised - staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to Happo One and shuttles right at the door for Goryu / 47. Short walk to the main bus station for farther hills such as Cortina and buses to Nagano. Drying room for gear helps to declutter your hotel room. Breakfast is nice with just a little variety each day. Taproom restaurant food is pretty straight pub grub and has quick and friendly service (no yakitori any more). Would definitely book again if we return to Hakuba.

Love Panorama!
This was our second time in Panorama. We loved it 3 years ago and we loved it now. I hope we will be able to come back again. The rooms are spacious, the food and beer are very tasty and it has this kind of skiing atmosphere which i like to have on my skiing vacations.

Hakuba ski trip - excellent
First time we had traveled to Hakuba for a snow trip with our daughter (5 year old), and the accommodation was fantastic. Rooms were large, and had a bunk-bed, which was great. Clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were great, and the coordination with Ski School, shuttles to Hakuba47, etc. were all excellent. Staff also offered to give us a lift to the bus terminal after check-out, which was a great touch. Only a short walk to both Hakuba and Echoland - we will be back :)

Location, service, facility, all are good.
Except toilet is small and its clealiness is below Japanese standard. My wife complained smell in the toilet, which is rare case in Japan.

The room was basic but clean and had everything that we needed.
The staff were always friendly when we came to them with any queries however they would never look up unless directly approached. A friendly hello/goodbye as you passed by the front desk would have been appreciated and would have gone a long way.

Perfection - coming back next year
This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to the major villages and to Happo One resort. The taproom is such a fantastic addition. Daily breakfast, great beer on tap and the staff are amazing (Kate is the best!). The room itself was exactly what we needed (comfortable bed, clean, great views). We used the onsite Onsen daily. We will 100% be coming back here.

Good hotel, good location
A good hotel, comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful.
Easy access to echoland (short walk/shuttle bus) where there are lots of restaurants and bars and a 15min walk up the hill to the other side of Happo.
Shuttles to the ski fields left from outside or just around the block at the bus terminal.
I would stay there again

cozy & great service!
As we were there during the off-peak season, not many restaurants are opened. Matt gave us great service by helping us to find restaurants nearby & sending us there to & fro. the in-house onsen was pretty good for a hot dip. Breakfast is good as well, just that the wifi is not working that well though.
They also gave us the recommendation to a nearby fishing pond, which is a great quiet location for photos & the kids to play in the snow.
