Perfect Central Stay near Acropolis
Stayed for the Greece vs England game in Athens. Perfect location near the Acropolis, lovely welcome at reception and clean modern room. Rooms are like mini apartments with small kitchenette and bathroom. Right next to the Metro and 15 minute walk from Airport bus if required. Breakfast was great, tried the local one and it was delicious. Will stay again if in Athens.

Fantastic property, excellent location
Acropolis Stay is the perfect base for exploring Athens. It is a 2 minute walk from Acropoli station and entrance to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Numerous fantastic local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. The Family Apartment had everything you would need, big comfy bed, wonderful shower, large well equipped kitchen, fantastic service from staff, air con worked perfectly, excellent value for money. Could not rate the overall experience more highly

Staff at hotel was awesome and very helpful with suggestions to eat and how to get to the different locations in the city. Property was very secure and cleaner than our home. Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and coffee and drinks in the lobby were delicious. Location was perfect for seeing all the city highlights and if we return this will be where we stay again.

Helpful, nice, safe, walk to Acropolis and metro.
This hotel has a wonderfully helpful and kind staff! They helped me when I had a problem. The hotel property is good quality, safe and friendly. The area around the hotel is safe and in good condition. You can walk to Acropolis, restaurants and metro in five minutes.

Greatly exceeded our expectations!
The Acropolis Stay apartment was really good. It greatly exceeded our expectations in every regard. Situated right in the middle of Athens, the apartments are just a two-minute walk from the Acropolis site and the Acropoli metro station, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. We were given room 10 on the top floor. It was very quiet! We were delighted with the apartment. It was a bit small but was super-clean and modern and well-appointed with a small kitchen, a good walk-in shower and a large sink with tasteful lighting and fixtures. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The air conditioning is very effective. Room 10 includes a spacious outdoor terrace but we did not use it due to the heat and the very poor air quality. If you want good coffee and food, avoid the crowded tourist street around the corner. Instead, head to Coffee Central at Dimitrakopoulou 36 (on the corner of Dimitrakopoulou and Kontouli). For authentic, cheap Greek food, try Sfika near the coffee shop, at Str. Kontouli 15. Upon checking out from the Acropolis Stay apartment, you can leave luggage at the front desk then pick it up later before heading to the nearby Acropli metro station and going to the airport. (Note that you need to buy a special 9 euros metro ticket for the airport.) Overall, we recommend the Acropolis Stay apartments and would happily stay there again next time we are in Athens.
