Beautiful property. Excellent front office service, walkable to beaches, restaurants,shopping & attractions. Accomodations roomy and well laid out, but does require updating. Finishes/furnishings worn & tired. Buffet restaurant provides options, but menu never changes. Restaurant service is hectic & disorganized. Menu stations, coffee stations require better. maintenance and quicker replenishing. 8/10, but could be 10/10 with some attention.

Great for families, but careful for over 60,s
The reception noted our email asking for a room near a lift and provided us with one as some blocks did not have lifts and meant carrying your cases up flights of steps. Not recommended for a quiet restful holiday and for people with walking difficulties. Great free transport down to beachfront where it was lovely and flat. We expected a few children holiday week but all four weeks full of them wasn't what we wanted. Entertainment team worked really hard but limited room with only 12 tables let it down. Not a hotel for us late 60's.

Very poor breakfast.
Overall it was comfortable with a spacious apartment and a nice terrace. There were sufficient sunbeds by the pools. The free shuttle bus to the beach was useful as it's a steep clime back to the hotel. However the breakfast was a bun fight, constantly running out of cups, plates, food, drinks, the cooked food was cold. It was positively dangerous by the hot water ern as it was flooded and was an electrical extension in the water !

Stay was ok, wasn't able to check in the first day due to flught issues had to come in the following day, tried to see if a night unused could be refunded but no all booking fees was charged. The room came with a 2 single bed when its just one guest instead of a Queen size bed. The lodge environment smells of cleaning detergent not very good for someone with breathing issues. Food was just ok nothing spectacular.

I really love staying at the Hollywood Mirage. Spotless. Our apartment was in two floors with sea view. Beds comfy with real duveta. Only spoke to reception and they were very nice and helpful. This is our second stay an we will be back. Supermaket on site. Dont let the hill put you off cause it's not that bad

Christmas eve (24th and 25th) was extremely loud. We didn’t participate and I was so happy we didn’t. Loud loud music which would suit New Year Eve or a Saturday night but - to me - misunderstood for Christmas. Breakfast gave many choices but coffee and Juices were not great.

Great views of Los Cristianos from the 5th floor! Lovely pool area and great variety of activities too. Enjoyed the yoga, foam party, underwater bikes and treadmill too!
