Boas acomodações, região bem segura e relativamente próxima à Av. Paulista. O único ponto a melhorar é que no Flat há moradores de apartamentos convencionais. Então é importante verificar antes a previsão de reformas no local. Fiquei em um apto colado à uma área em reformas e como durante o dia precisava trabalhar no hotel (curso apenas de noite), o barulho das obras incomodou bastante.
