Odaya ilk girişimde sigara kokuyordu. Giriş yaptığım sırada odamın kapısı sonuna kadar açıktı. Duş ekipmanları bozuk. Duş su sızdırıyordu. Oda çok sıcaktı ve ayarlanabilirliği yoktu. Bu yüzden uyuyamadık. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki personelin eğitimi yetersizdi. Güler yüz ve ya nezaket arıyorsanız burayı tercih etmemelisiniz. Banyo zemini soyulup ayaklarımıza yapıştı. Hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyonum onaylanmasına rağmen rezervasyonumu bulamadılar ve kendi sistemlerinde tekrardan rezervasyon oluşturdular. Aramasaydım giriş günü büyük bir sorunla karşılaşacaktım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Öylesine açılıp işletilen bir otel. Otelcilik sektöründeki ana fikri atlamışlar. Yakıştıramadım.

Nach dem ich mich eingecheckt habe, habe Besuch gehabt diese arrogante alte Mann am Rezeption hat von mir 500 türkische Lira verlangt pro Tag! Ich habe aber voraus für 5 Tage bezahlt gehabt! Er hat gemeint mein Besuch muß extra bezahlen habe ich aber nicht! Schichtwechsel war einandre Person da. War keine Rede von extra Bezahlung wie es sein sollte. Putzfrauen machen ihre Arbeit fleißig. Das Gebäude ist veraltet aber in zentrale Lage
