The pull out couch bed had stains on it. We had to get new sheets because they were dirty. Our tv signal went out an hour after we got there. Called the front desk and they said that they would send someone up. Well, noone came. I complained again the next morning and still noone came. We checked out and got another hotel.

The provided breakfast was terrible. Freezer burnt tasting etc. the pool area there was black mold, (appeared) the mold and dirty pond smell was overwhelming. The location seemed to be in a very bad part of town. I would not recommend this place to a single mom traveling with 4 kids like myself.

As the old adage says, you get what you pay for. The conditions of this property is less than standard. It’s an older hotel with many features that need to be upgraded/updated. The pictures in the photos online are definitely a bit misleading. The room had a very unpleasant odor and I had to run to Target to purchase cleaning items to feel comfortable enough to rest my head down to rest or take a shower. Front desk staff was pleasant and the morning staff at breakfast as well.

I was shocked and very impressed with the desk clerk. I wish I would have got her name. She was so nice, from the moment I was greeted at the desk. I have had many bad runs with desk staff that don't put their phone down to make eye contact or actually hear what your saying because in less the 2 minutes they will ask you the question you just answered. Bravo to her manager, I would have her teach your other clerks the right way to treat guests.

It said no smoking. There was a strong smoke smell. Location of hotel was in a rough area. There was fencing around it, but didn’t help. I felt unsafe. The breakfeast was over cooked and appeared not to have any pride in it. Very poor experience.
