Staff (Marco) was very attentive to my needs. Mako customer service was exemplary, as he readily resolved many of my needs.
There were limitations on what she could do for me though, for instance the facility was presented as having a breakfast but I was told my pricing didn’t excluded it. Also, there was an on-going renovation going on in another unit that woke me up around 7:30am on two days of my six-day stay. Additionally, on May 1st, my request for new sheets were not fulfilled by the person cleaning the room.
For a facility that advertises its self as short-term stay, with minimal service, the following areas m need improvement:
1. Dining Plates,
2. Silverware (cutlery),
3. Dishwashing soap,
4. Dishwashing towels,
5. A slightly larger size refrigerator (the snack bar-size refrigerator was very inconvenient.
The top draw for me was cleanliness of my unit and the interior of the facility I accessed. Marco was fantastic host and provided excellent recommendations. Owner of the units should up their game and expand amenities in the room.
