Amazing hotel, in an incredible location. Property was immaculate the whole way through. Room was modern, really spacious, had a lovely balcony, was well laid out and extremely clean. Staff were so polite and helpful. Best buffet breakfast I’ve had in a long time. There was a huge selection and the food divine! Pools were amazing, and loved all the additional facilities, rain shower, spas, swimming costume dryer. Everything is so well designed and maintained. Fantastic resort with great views
The hotel is amazing. Very clean, well maintained and beautiful. The service was exceptional as everyone was so friendly and easy to chat with. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea and was very quiet. We received a bottle of champagne upon arrival and during our stay we were given free breakfast in the spa access lounge. The continental breakfast was very good with more options than usual. If you don’t have a vehicle you don’t have to leave the hotel as they have a small beach as well as two nice outdoor pools overseeing the sea as well as an indoor pool for times when it might rain. Highly recommended resort. Would stay here again!

Beds were a bit to firm for our liking but we found that to be almost everywhere or at least 4 out of 5 hotels we stayed had firm beds. The Beach part needs improvement or moved if possible. The pools and hot tubs were very nice though. .

Above and beyond the staff as you walk in the property. Everywhere in the hotel they are so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, beautiful ocean view, spacious, clean and modern. The only thing I missed was a good coffe maker in the room other than that it was and excellent place to stay and relax. Breakfast had a very good variety however the coffee very basic so I bought a coffee in the little outside the restaurant shop, it was a good cappuccino 😊 we did lunch of the menu which was excellent and the next day we did buffet lunch which was pretty good. I recommend this hotel for people who want to relax and maybe explore a little more this area. Check out the Kanoa store right outside of the hotel(north), my daughter and I really enjoyed this store😊

Is sad that for the price what you are paying, you don't get a private beach, you don't get a decent coffee machine in the room, at least Nespresso like Manza hotel (neighbor hotel) pool was the best for my kid. The rooms has a funny smell, q bit like turmeric or something that is inside curry. I was expecting a bit more.
