Great place to stay for a visit to Verona and especially when going to an opera or other show in the Verona Arena! You need to be a bit handy with your smartphone because all access to the apartment is done via app.

Very good location, easy to get there and private bathroom. If you are there for a day it’s a great choice. The owner has everything well planned managing a self check inn and check out with no problem. The luggage storage was helpful since we left Verona after the check out time, thank you. The room could improve in general by cleaning thoroughly and specifically having the coffee machine cleaned, the oxidation of the tap off, better quality towel and a luggage rack.

Convenient overnight near Verona Arena
Very convenient last minute overnight stay when we scored jazz festival concert tickets. Great video with clear instructions and easy mobile phone "key". Air conditioning worked well and coffee machine and great shower pressure much appreciated.

The property itself was nothing fancy but it provided easy access to the heart of Verona. We had a bed and a shower which was all we needed. Everything we wanted to see and do was all within walking distance. Location! Hint: watch the video very closely for check-in directions.

Excellent location. The best hot shower so far in Italy! Comfortable beds. Grocery store next door. I was worried about all the locks and technology needed to enter the room. The host provided excellent instructions. I watched the YouTube video twice. The second time I took a screenshot of important steps. I was confident and everything worked perfectly.

Pros: First of all Antonio is excellent. He responds quickly. The room is quaint and clean. Price is good Very close and convenient to city center. Gated with a code to the building so secure . Cons: The surrounding area wasn’t the best and we felt a little uncomfortable. Some unfortunate people, homeless urinated outside. The bed was way to hard for us.

Getting into the property was quite challenging. You have 4 doors you need to pass and the host send me a link and a video on the codes of the doors and how to open the door through a link etc. this was my only challenge but other than that the stay was good.

Access to your room required 4 levels of security - using a provided 4-digit code for the security gate needing a phone with internet access to get a link to a security service which required you to hit a separate, unique "open" button displayed on your phone for the ground floor door, a 2nd floor door and the room door. You hoped that it would work each time - and it did. But you had to have a charged phone with you all times. Also, the table and bathroom cabinetry need updating.

The check in process is worst ever. Communicating via text, email and what’s app is hard to keep track of. Only place I ever had to go thru 4 locks to get to my room. Worst, confusing check in ever. My room the shower did not drain and ran all over the floor. fridge not very cold. AC did not work until I put batteries in the remote. Location is great. Grociery store and bank atm extremely close. Would not recommend simply because the check in process is so very bad

Location is great , just round the corner from the Piazza Bra, which is central to everything, Collieseium, Opera, Guiletta casa, Restraunts, bars, shopping and public transport. The room was spotless and had everything for our needs. Bed was comforatble and it was quiet so we had a great nights sleep. Even though its self check-in , we found it very easy and we are technophobes. Antonio sends emails, texts with instructions for everything you need to get to and into Di Moras House. Will definately be going back and will be highly recommending to family and friends

Good value and great location
Stayed 3 nights. Very close to the arena so if you go to Verona for opera we totally recommend this place as you are home 5 min after show over. Great safe parking for 18 euro per night just under the hotel. Elevator from parking to ground floor and then elevator in building to get to the room as well. Supermarket just outside main entrance. Walking distance to everything in Verona. Rooms were clean and had ac. A bit worn but everything worked as it should and we would absolutely book again another time. Be aware though that you need to use your smart phone to open gate, main doors and room door, so if you are not that familiar with using new apps on your phone, it might be a bit challenging. There is no reception, but you can call owner for help if needed. We never needed to. We paid approximately 130-140euro per night weekend.
