Great location, quite near to USJ, the subway and the wharf. Our room had a great view of the bay. Hotel staff are very friendly and while not all of them are fluent in English, they are willing to use their phones to translate to ensure accurate communication. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff members also helped us with luggage forwarding. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

The room was excellent because there were many hooks and hangers for towels and clothes. The shower was wonderful. My kids loved it. The buffet was amazing! I loved how close we were to universal studios and city walk. Well stay here again if i come back to japan.

It was perfect. Close to Universal Japan and within budget. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet has many options both Western and Japanese. Literally a 5 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the airport bus. I am so glad I chose this hotel.

We booked the Hotel because we wanted to go to the Universal Studios Japan, and the Hitel was so close to the park. We even had a view into the park and could see the wizarding world of Jarry potter from our window 😄 The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great that you could store the luggage after checking out, so we could go to the park again. The train station was also close by. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Universal Port Vita is a five minute walk to Universal Stuidos, Universal City Walk and the train station, which was super convenient. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and inviting. The room was large enough to fit our family of four. (2 parents, 2 teenagers). There is also a Lawsons connected to the hotel which we loved. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.
