Relatively easy to find within the Medina, that was one of two things redeeming about this "hotel".
The reception staff was friendly and helped with our bags into room #2 up one flight of stairs.
The room size is decent but that's where the compliments end.
The sheets on the bed looked as if they had not been changed since the last customer. A few strands of loose hair, stained sheets and a blanket that has not been washed in at least a month. We asked the reception staff to provide us with extra sheets as to cover over the uncleaned ones - and even those were stained!! I'd suggest to the hotel management that once you have stained white sheets, you should replace them.
Bathroom sink faucet sprayed in several directions, sink was not washed and after a few seconds of running the faucet, the sink clogged.
The sliding door to the washroom was difficult to close as it was sticking to the track and with the door being heavy, it was highly annoying to close without making a loud banging sound.
In general, the room was not as clean as it should be.
The mattress was very firm which is not unusual for many Moroccan establishments but not an ideal sleep for me.
I understand that this is a no frills hotel, but they should at least get the basic cleanliness factor perfected and fix the issues in the room before checking customers into their rooms.
