4/10 Fair
Jun 23, 2019
The beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly.
Our room was not cleaned during the 9 nights we stayed here
There are mosquitos breeding in the bathroom, and they find their way into the bedroom as well
The surrounding area is really nice, and there are a lot of good restaurants around.

Dirty, unhelpful staff, bugs in room and bathroom, no towels. Good location though and close to a nice massage place and tour info.

Cute hostel with super friendly staff
The staff were so friendly and considerate, allowing us to check in a few hours early and then assisting us in carrying our bags up the stairs, making sure we had everything we would possibly need. The staff gave us great recommendations of things to do in the area as well. Downstairs they own a cafe which is very convenient, with cheap and tasty meals and smoothies. The room itself was so much better than that of the hostel we stayed in in Bangkok. It was large and clean, with a fan, aircon and television. The showers also were clean and had hot water. Location was perfect in Old City, which allowed us to move easily between different areas of Chiang Mai. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the street too. Overall a very pleasant stay!
