Checked in, went to room and it was wrong, went back down and told the clerk we reserved the Queen studio and this was just a double queen room. She said they didn’t have those, I explained that reservations and online hotel.com pics said otherwise. Maintenance man came by and told her they did have a couple, and he told her the room number. Checked into room number two…. Wrong again, it was a king studio. I bed, I couch pullout. In the end, my kids had to sleep on a pullout couch and a rollaway cot when we reserved two queens and a couch. Pool was dirty and spa/hot tub didn’t work 1st day - pool closed next day until further notice, no smoking property had plenty of weed being smoked on both floors
we were on…. Breakfast was horrible, hostess each day was rude and very inattentive to anyone’s needs or the cleanliness and quality of the food. I could keep going, but I’ll just keep it short. Do not let the name fool you, we were not in a typical Wyndham hotel. Maybe we just had a bad experience, because we went by reviews and ratings… we were fooled,
