Comfortable and convenient
Nicely appointed room with small ensuite. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Instructions were sent by Whatsapp, I found the lock on my door a little sticky, but I let them know by message and staff locked my room for me. Well appointed kitchen, although a little short of cutlery.

4 nights I stayed in this place.
Basically its an semi-detached ex-council house that has been refurbished. And from a 4 bedroom house. Its been re-modelled as 10 self contained unit's. Being made to cover the influx of Chinese students into Warwick university. Most of the sign's seen adorning the premises are in Chinese.
These premises have parking for 2 car at the front. But my instructions on arriving was to park near the road which was a pitted mud bog.
Room was clean. With only a half dozen sweet wrapper's under the bed. And the work/dressing table needing a wet cloth to remove the stains. It was very compact, just as long as you did not suffer from claustrophobia. I had my own toilet/wet room which was clean, with a selection of other people toiletries.
And it is always good to have a new toilet roll on a hook outside.
Forgetting that there was no TV in the room. I relied entirely on my laptop which had a reasonable Wi-Fi connection. Ex council houses are not the most sound proof of builds. As most night's next door would play internet games that would seem as they where in the room. Luckily, they stopped before I went to sleep so I did not have to bang on the wall.
Being student accommodation on the whole. You did get students with relationship problems. Which echoed throughout the building. And, it was only a matter of time before our 2 world's collided. And this sort of topped off my stay.
The owner or manager of the property lives off site. So, I think they know what is best.

Clean, cheap but never again
Clean and cheap, that’s about it. If you’re on a tiny budget then one night is ok but it has the feel of a doss house, the kitchen stank of dope being smoked in one of the side rooms. Security codes are ridiculously easy to guess.

Price / benefit ok
The room was small but sufficient with private bath. Bed linen and towels were clean. Situated at the back of the house was good choice because it was quieter. The kitchen was huge but missing some accessories like cutlery. The stay was ok for 4 nights.
