I moved out to this hotel due to an incoming Typhoon. The hotel was on lock down, the airport closed however the staff was very accommodating, made sure all guests were well cared for, kept room service operating around the clock. Hotel is very clean, staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. I will most certainly be staying here on future trips to Shenzhen.

After a late night flight, walked to Exit 16, lift to 3rd floor and you have arrived at the hotel. Room sound proof was very good and managed to catch a good night sleep. This location is inside the airport and it's super convenient if you are travelling by plane. However, there was a major cleanliness issue with the room. The sink was filled with dirty water and disgusting things. With the amount paid for the room, I don't think this is acceptable at all. With this being said, I did give this feedback to the front desk, the staff was really nice and tried to see if there are things they can do to compensate.
