Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia. Il WC è letteralmente di fianco al letto. La doccia lurida e senza sapone (c'era solo una bottiglia di sapone per le mani). Ci è stato dato un solo asciugamano a testa e nessun tappetino da mettere fuori dalla doccia. C'è una sola finestrella in alto, sembra di stare in un seminterrato. Non c'è la possibilità di lasciare le valigie nella struttura dopo il check out.

Struttura il ottima posizione. Soprattutto per il casino che c'è la notte fino alle 3. Impossibile riposare bene a causa del rumore. Si tratta di una bagno con letto più che una camera con bagno privato, dato che il bagno è senza porte e a fianco al letto. Camera piccolissima. Rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo. ALTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO

Nuit d'hôtel payée 2 fois, refus de remboursement
Hotels.com nous a fait régler la nuitée quelques jours avant le séjour sur Donostia. En arrivant à la Pension, sur place, on a à nouveau payé, pensant qu'en fait effectivement il n 'y avait pas eu de débit. En vérifiant les comptes, on a réglé 2 fois. Impossible de se faire rembourser, Hôtels.com ne répond même plus aux mails!!!! C'est une escroquerie, bien tout vérifier avant de partir!!

This place was a perfect stay. Local walk to everything and the staff was excellent. I felt like I had a little apartment to myself. The only thing was the shower was tiny but that’s all the showers in Europe.

Very touristy area
Didn’t love the touristy area but also a few things about the room. Bed was terribly uncomfortable - and I like a firm bed. This was like a rock with a sheet. Had an interior room and the noise from the feet at head level was awful, even with window shut. Interior room was claustrophobic. Blinding light in hallways and baths the comes on automatically was disorienting. Two bathrooms have auto off light that stops mid shower. Positives are the lovely staff and overall ambiance. Feels nicer than it is. Shower is powerful and stays hot. Plenty of fresh sheets and towels.

Perfect location for Old Town
The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the Old Town. The Pensión is very clean and the staff helpful. The room is compact but excellent value considering the location.

super Lage, alles neu, sehr schönes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse, Wäscheaufhängen möglich, helles, schönes Bad, kleine Küche, nur Sitz-/Essmöglichkeit für 4 etwas knapp, aber mit Kindern geht es. 4 Erwachsene eher nicht. Sehr freundliches Personal, unkompliziert. Ein großer Pluspunkt: Schallschutzfenster und Ausrichtung Hinterhof: man hört definitiv nichts vom Straßenlärm, es war die große Festwoche im August, die Straßen nachts rammelvoll, ein Flashmob tobte vor dem Haus, im Zimmer hat man davon nichts mitbekommen!

Hostal funcional en plena zona vieja, cercano al puerto (depende del plan, puede ser positivo o negativo, cercano a bares pero de dificil acceso a la hora de llevar equipaje. Habitación con baño no muy grande pero agrabable. El único pero es que la ventana es muy pequeña y está muy alta y el ambientador es muy fuerte (lo que dificulta ventilar para eliminar olor, que persistió durante las horas de sueño). Cama cómoda y ducha muy buena
