Quarto ofertado muito pequeno e desconfortavel
Quarto minúsculo, cama desconfortável, acesso ruim por escada externa ao tempo, banheiro mínimo, nao oferece sabonete sequer. Atendimento cordial, boa localização, mas o quarto ofertado não tem menor condição de espaço e conforto.

Gostei bastante do hotel, a localização é ótima, o atendendimento dos funcionários muito bom, café da manhã muito bom. Só tive uns contratempos em um dos quartos. Me forneceram o quarto 3 e o 4. Sendo que no quarto 4 já começou que só pude entrar no quarto meia hora depois do check-in, pois ainda estavam limpando. Logo ao entrar, notamos que a descarga do banheiro não estava funcionando, informamos na recepção e dois funcionários tentaram consertar, mas sem sucesso. Tivemos que tirar a tampa da caixa acoplada para puxar a cordinha e dar a descarga. Pois como era domingo, não tinha ninguém da manutenção. A noite meu filho deixou um brinquedo cair debaixo da cama, e quando foi pegar, viu um grande sapo debaixo da cama, tivemos que ir na recepção pegar uma vassoura para tirar o sapo de dentro do quarto. Outra observação é que o quarto 4 não possui tomadas na parte de baixo pra gente utilizar. As tomadas que tem disponíveis são em cima da porta, que não tem como utilizar. Então esse quarto 4 não tivemos uma experiência boa na estadia. Pagamos um valor por um quarto que não atendeu as expectativas. Por esses problemas, merecia uma parte de reembolso desse valor do quarto 4.

Segurança
As acomodações são de boa qualidade. O que me fez dar a nota que dei foi em função da segurança dos hóspedes. Houve uma briga entre 2 hóspedes, que estavam no mesmo quarto e só havia uma funcionária para lidar com a situação. Não houve reforço de segurança e a polícia demorou para aparecer. Nos sentimos reféns em nossos quartos.
