I had a room with a balcony which I used every day and really enjoyed. The hostess was very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, quiet at night and a very short stroll to old town Albi. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

slightly grotty - great location
The hotel is in a great location for guests on foot. And once you have sorted where to park, if in a car, which is a bit confusing then you are right in the heart of Albi , which is a fantastic town. The hotel is very run down , like i havent been anywhere so grotty carpet wise ever. And i had three pieces of toilet paper, which i would have expected the staff to have sorted out . My impression is minimal investment and staffing and maximum profit. I was mis led by the pool into thinking it was a better type if place than it was

No sleep
Rain did not help, but not that easy to find parking. No elevator. Separate building from lobby. Office closes at 8. No heat in May and cold in room. People above us were noisy until 3:30 am. Only got 3 hours sleep. Had to leave early for cave painting appointment. Did not know how to contact owner after 8 so just got more and more disgusted by 2 am sent him email. At checkout did reduce price but would have rather slept. Said we should have knocked on door to complain. Whose door...his or the young men speaking another language loudly til 3 am. Where was his door?

Unexpected Albi
Staying in Albi was a last minuet change of schedule but it was a lovely sleepy town to take in for an evening and morning. The hotel itself was well located very near to the cathedral. It is not glitzy but serves its purpose and is well priced. The bed was very comfortable. We did not use the pool but the pool and garden looked lovely. Best of all was the hotel owner. We were late but he was extremely accommodating and friendly at a late hour. Overall a good hotel that served its purpose

This is definitely not a luxury hotel, but its location is excellent in downtown Albi --a short walk to the Toulouse-Latrec museum and the cathedral/fortress and cafes/restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, welcoming hotel
The owner/manager of this hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. He speaks English very well and shared his considerable knowledge of the area, answering our many questions. The hotel's location in this lovely town is perfect -- in a quiet place but steps from all the big monuments and sights. We definitely will stay again if we are in the area.

El hotel esta cerca del casco antiguo , sin aparcamiento.Con una recepcionista muy amable, pero las habaciones son de pension de los años 70 .No hay ascensor y hay que "escalar" una escalarera muy empinada.No hay recepcion de 24 horas , ni servicios adicionales.El desayuno sencillo pero sorrecto.Calidda precio negativa.No deberia pasar de los 45 euros

Déçu confort moyen une ampoule sur deux fonctionnait pas de wifi dans les chambres (3 ch rdc 1re et 2 ème étage ) pas de prise près du lit une seule prise dans la chambre et pour certaines chambres la prise ne fonctionne que si la lumière est allumée pas de verre à la salle de bain pas de produit pour la toilette juste un distributeur de savon à peine rempli une serviette tachée changée avec insistance le lendemain bref cet établissement profite de son excellente situation et de la piscine . Mais ce n’est pas du tout suffisant le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus . L’accueil est sympathique.Pas de Clim dans nos chambres et celles qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes si on les ouvre pour avoir frais….Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel.
