The room was advertised at Hotels.com as having a separate living room. It wasn't the case. It was a very nice room, with a bathtub and a nice shower. But the views were literally a mall (people from a nearby shop could see you), and a dock for loading/unloading trucks. Which made it very noisy in the mornings. Also, none of the usual amenities of a hotel that expensive: minibar, room service, etc. Nowadays, seems like a hotel room can be considered luxurious just by having Rituals products.
The service was extremely friendly and nice. And the restaurant is ok. Nice terrace, and nice Mojitos. The building itself is amazing.
