Mexico City visit
The hotel is located in a great spot, the staff is super helpful, and the size of the room was nice. The internet can be slow at times and even time out. As I was on the 1 floor of rooms, the second floor of the building, there was noise from the street (on the street side) and the sewer smell in the bathroom was strong always. My friends were 2 floors up and on the back side, room 5 did not have the noise or smell. Other than the smell it was a great hotel.

Service excellent. My room was on the parking lot side, so quiet, however my friend had a room on the street side, and she found it noisy from street noise (just to note if you are a light sleeper). Bed, my only two room for improvements: 1- they make the bed by tucking the sheets at the head of the bed each day, the same as commonly done at the base of the bed, therefore takes quite the yank to untuck and hop in bed each night. 2. The douve, I'm not sure how frequently this is washed. There is no full cover for the duvet, only the sheets, which I felt was not very hygienic given I could see marks, including what looked like dry blood from prior guests. Great location with an easy walk or uber to cafes, restaurants and shops. Again, service/staff 5 star, just one star off for the two notes above.

It was an OK hotel but I will look for another hotel for my next stay. Shower had very low water pressure and was luke warm. Room is tiny with everything- shower, bath and bedroom in one room, with no where comfortable to sit and watch TV. Service was very nice and the location was good for our trip.

It is an OK place, based on what it offers... Except it doesn't look and feel like a VIP Hotel. Pillows and bed covers have been washed in standard washing machines so are full of lumps inside, making sleep not very confortable.

Pretty good location. Modern and very clean! The only thing i didn’t like is that the windows do not have blackout shades so i couldn’t sleep in the morning because of it and the shower head was fixed to the ceiling and had very little pressure which made showering and washing the hair a little challenging. But overall liked the hotel, would recommend!!! 👍
