Not one was there to let us in... at 2:30am ! Have been trying to sought refund... NEVER stayed there..had to find a hotel AFTER there at the door for over an hour knocking... calling... with no success.. Have told you thus and YET to hear from you??? Extremely disappointed with your services here... after booking flights etc(check my file/records)... I will make sure that I inform others of your poor services and follow-up...on issues that went wrong!!! If was also noted that we would be arriving at this place after 2am...since our flight(booked via Expedia....YOU) was scheduled to arrive at 1:40 am!!!!!!!! In fact, the neighbors next door heard us calling and knocking at the gate/door. They were sleeping on their balcony (hammocks)...2 of my friend’s with me spoke Portuguese

Hospedagem muito agradável, o jardim da pousada é incrível e a nova piscina é muito boa, meus filhos adoraram. A proprietária foi muito simpática e deu muitas boas dicas de artividades em Sao Luis. Gostamos do café da manhã, com vários produtos regionais.

Excelente pousada/hotel. Dá pra ir sem medo, localização um pouco afastada da praia, mas com fácil transporte. Café da manhã muito bom, com bolos e tortas artesanais, coisa difícil de se encontrar hoje em hotéis. Faltou uma piscina boa, pois a que tinha além de pequena estava precisando de um pouco de manutenção, não deu vontade de entrar. Mas pela conversa com a proprietária, uma pessoa muito positiva e atenciosa para com os hóspedes, já está em andamento um novo projeto de piscina que ficará maior e bem bonita. Os quartos são ok, frigobar, ar, cama boa, só o chuveiro que poderia ser a gás com maior pressão. O hotel é muito bom considerando todos os pontos. Voltaria num futuro breve.

A equipe de atendimento é muito atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã é variado. A estrutura da pousada é condizente com o anúncio do site, sem maiores destaques ou pontos relevantes. A pousada é bem adequada para quem for curtir a praia, que fica a poucos metros. Para quem depender de Uber, há grande dificuldade nas chamadas à noite, já que os motoristas da cidade tem o hábito de questionar antes de atender e normalmente tendem a recusar corridas para o local.
