Disappointing experience
Our recent stay at this so-called “5-star” hotel was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we checked in, it was clear this place was not what we expected. Despite the luxurious branding, the experience was closer to a noisy budget hotel than a premium hotel. The most disturbing issue was the incessant, uncomfortable atmosphere that took over the hotel at night. The lobby, hallways, and even elevators seemed to become a gathering place for a very questionable crowd, with numerous encounters and transactions happening openly. The staff seemed indifferent to the situation, doing little to control the activity or ensure a family-friendly environment. The constant noise and disruptive behavior continued through the night, making sleep nearly impossible. The only bright spot was the food. Breakfast was excellent, and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious with a solid wine selection. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the experience that lived up to the five-star promise. The room itself was another letdown. While spacious, it was poorly maintained, with dust in corners, a stale smell, and subpar amenities that definitely didn’t live up to five-star standards. Overall, this was an uncomfortable, frustrating experience in a supposed luxury hotel that fell embarrassingly short. We would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay.

Modern and spacious
The hotel was great - very spacious and modern. Our room was huge! Could use another pillow on the bed though because they’re super soft so they become super thin. The hotel bar is also not that much of a vibe and cocktails are just ok. The spa was amazing though and open into the late evening.

Modern hotel, big rooms, very clean. Nice and helpful stuff. Very good location. There is a big work going on in front the hotel so driving there and finding parking is really challenging. Not hotel’s fault. It’s very dark inside and decor is also dark. It didn’t bother me but I can see some people struggle. When you arrive request extra pillows. We only had one pillow per person and the first night we really struggled to be comfortable since pillows were very thin. But again it was not a problem to get more.

Faultless. The pool area is lush - a few people there at 9am but by 930am had it to myself. Rooms are massive v clean good shower and the room is very blackout which is always great for sleeping. Faultless
