A basic room near the bus terminal
A small B&B run by a sweet couple on the outskirts of the action in Naples. Pros: - walking distance from the bus terminal and relatively closer to the airport via taxi than the center - The bathroom was modern with sufficient hot water - clean and quiet on a block with a local park - if you wake up on time, the owners will offer coffee and some breakfast - there is an adorable cafe across the streets frequented by locals - walking distance to some great food (o'marinero) and close to the local buses to get around the city easily. Approximately a 20 minute walk to the center of Naples. Cons: - unreliable internet. We had Wi-Fi the first night but on the second day, when we needed to contact a cab to the airport and check in to our flight, the wifi fluctuated btw absolutely no internet connection and spotty service - very dated overall and not worth the price in our opinion. It felt like a hostel with your own bathroom. The common area smelled like sickly sweet air freshener - It is a walk-up in an old building

Great location and very secure and safe
A shortish walk from central train station up a single road and also a short taxi run from airport. Situated overlooking a Piazza with trees and a great balcony to watch goings on. The breakfast arrangement works well as you go to a local cafe with your ticket and get a good coffee and pastry. Taxi drivers will fleece you at airport though by switching meter off and then low and behold the fair is at least double what you should be paying. Make sure you know fare before they get a chance to switch it off towards end of journey. Sweet room stay though very good.

The most terrible property I have ever seen. You can not sleep during the night there becuse of voice all vehicles that you may hear. The property has been located in a poor area so the noise of rabbles who shout during the night is heard. The breakfast of it is a big lie. I recommend you not to pay for that at all. The facility was terrible and the staffs are not hopeful and available.

I was very unimpressed with the area around the facility but the b&b inside was very lovely, clean and welcoming. The host communicated with us promptly and answered all our questions via What’s App. It would have been easier if the person checking us in spoke some English. It was somewhat difficult to locate the facility also.

The young couple running the property where lovely. They could not be more helpful not only with our stay at the property but also offering my wife and I helpful information about our stay in Naples. The shuttle service that they offered from the airport and back was excellent and reasonably priced. Ona arrival the room was well prepared and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well every night. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a city break with main transport links to all of Naples just a short walk away. A*****

Bellissimo soggiorno
La comunicazione è stata sempre attiva e chiara, abbiamo anche usufruito del loro servizio di trasporto e tutto ha funzionato benissimo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. La struttura è accogliente e le stanze sono pulitissime con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo anche avuto qualche consiglio su dovw andare a mangiare in zona vista l'ora tarda del nostro arrivo. Non posso che consigliare Sweet Room a tutti! Grazie ancora!!!!!e alla prossima :)

Sweet Find close to Naples Airport
Owner was so kind and welcoming ! He greeted us with water, soft drinks, snacks and delicious pastries.His son took us to the airport at 4:00am to catch a 6:00am flight. The room was lovely and the bathroom was state of the art ! The shower head even lit up much to delight!

A lovely place to come home to
After a quick phone call upon our arrival, Gloria quickly met us at the door of the building (which is shared by other property managers) and checked us in in a timely fashion, explaining door and building access, breakfast coupons, and booking a cruise to the Aeolian Islands for the following day for us. The room itself was clean and spacious with a lovely view to the harbor marina. The city noise quieted down by 10 or 11 pm, and we had a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and spacious with appropriate amenities, making our two-night stay a pleasant one. Our only caveat would be parking options. We could not find free and safe parking, and ended up spending another 15 Euros a night for inside parking. That evening, we took a walk along the Marina that evening, and enjoyed the sights and sounds of working class families meeting up to spend time together, but overall, while the room was in a convenient location for the cruise ships, most of the other attractions necessitated a car.

Nous sommes restés près d'une semaine dans une chambre supérieure avec lit king size. L'accueil a été top, les hôtes sont très accessibles et prêt à nous aider rapidement si nous avons le moindre problème. La chambre était très propre et nettoyée tous les jours, la literie était simplement un peu trop dure à notre goût. A seulement 10min à pied de la gare, c'est idéal pour aller visiter l'extérieur de naples, le quartier n'est pas très agréable mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Un rapport qualité-prix très intéressant, je recommande !

They are really sweet!!
What a sweet, young and energetic couple runs this warm hostel. They are nice to everyone and treat you like family. They always served us with different foods and drinks. Rooms is clean and spacious. I am highly recommended to everyone if you are going to stay in Napoli.
