Great hotel, with very welcoming personnel at reception, open to explain where to go and places to visit. The room was very comfortable and the bed was just the right mattress for a good night's sleep after a long day. The linen felt so soft and comfy. I love the stay at this property!!

What i loved most about this hotel was the staff. I found them last minute since there was a booking midhap with my original stay and i was so tired, confused and anxious but they were so welcoming. The chef was a delightful young man who offered great recommendations where to eat and helped us book our tickets to our next stop. They let us try some wonderful loaf cakes they just baked for the morning breakfast. They really made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone and i will surely be going back on my next trip to Rome.

Not for long stay
the welcome was very good. beautiful hotel. two downsides are that we did not have a counter in the bathroom. very poorly designed. we had to put our accessories on our bed. In addition, the room was very dark. the lunches were perfect

Quick and easy checkin. Breakfast was tasty. They had no problem with holding our bags while we left for a couple of hours.

RUN FROM IT !
RUN ! I would never suggest this hotel. I had to change 4 times of room as each of them had issues : handles broken, phone broken, no window, sink leaking in various rooms, windows that could not close (funny enough, the owner told me it was not big of a deal). Managers even tried to put me in a lesser category. And last but not least, a party got organized for the 16 ish kid of the owners and the roof. Result ? Kids running in the whole hotel, many clients complaint, heavy music until after 1am. Only owner word : come drink with us, it will pass quicker. Again, run. I have to congratulate the only hotel staff hotel who was cared and who was competent, Giulia. You are a rock to be able to stay there.

This hotel is at a great location but the rooms are very basic and dated. There was no desk which made using your computer difficult. The staff is very helpful.

4/10 Fair

I do not recommend the hotel at all. A strange hotel with small rooms and a small elevator. There is not even a normal door to the bathroom. A lot of bugs inside the room. Worst breakfast and location far from the main sites.
LIOR, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Beautiful boutique hotel. Wonderful breakfast included in stay. Outstanding rooftop patio. Friendly staff. Missed the five star mark with broken AC - awoke in sweat. Requested repair from overnight staff person who didn’t know how to fix. Also the controls for shower, blinds, thermostat were overly complicated and didn’t have any instructions. It would be helpful for guests to have printed instructions for non standard controls.

8/10 Very good

Hotel was a good location however a few things that could be better. WiFi wasn’t great, air conditioning was controlled by reception. On 2 occasions I had to ask for it to be turned on as room was far too hot. Breakfast was good but gentleman running the dining room was rude and arrogant, particularly towards other members of staff. Also very dismissive at times to us when asking for items. Also sour smell in one of the rooms we had.
Alexandra, 3-night trip

Nice, renovated hotel in a good location. The superior rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Although I must say that I would have prefered to have door between the bathroom and the rest of the room so I could have more feeling of privacy while Im.. um.. making a delivery 😅 it might be fancy and modern not having a door, but it doesnt scream romantic, ya know? Also - in our room they need to do something about the shower drain, since now the water leaks in the opposite direction and into the bedroom part. Gonna be expensive to renovate if this keeps on happening. But spart from those things, we loved our stay in this hotel. Nice staff, good breakfast, fresh and clean hotel with a good location. Would probably book here again :)

Nunzia is the best!
Nunzia the woman at the desk during the day, was so kind and helpful!! She was great. The biggest complaint we had was the temperature of the room. When we first arrived at the room, it was extremely warm. The air would not kick on and we asked over 4 times about it. The woman in the evening did something and it finally kicked on!! We left our windows open during the day and it didn’t help. And we ended up with mosquitos. Eek!! Also the ceiling in the bathroom was cracking peeling and looked like it had mold!! Room was a little small, but bed was comfortable!! Breakfast was GREAT!!! We loved it!!
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

We had a VERY hard time to find this hotel. The hotel is located inside an enclosed brick building and it’s really hard to tell from outside. Even we went inside the courtyard, there was no sign at all. The elevator to the hotel was hidden in the dark corner and no indication inside the elevator so we didn’t even know which floor we should push. We spent about 39 mins in the courtyard without anyone can help us. The tea kettle is never cleaned and has mold inside. The cabinet for ice maker has LOTS of dust and we were afraid to use it due to the cleanliness concern. The other areas are clean and nice. Front desk is very friendly. Overall, it’s not worth $300/night.

2/10 Poor

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Bathroom shower floods the entire room doors not installed properly, Breakfast is inedible cold burnt eggs etc and same every day with little options, Room is so small I hit my knee in corner bed bruises everywhere!!! We booked 3 rooms one with a corner balcony and no access to balcony bcc danger! One of the 3 rooms also a corner room only has bathtub with no door so my mom slipped and fell shower head floods everywhere! The “couple” bed is 2 beds put together so there’s a wide space between you and your mate horrible! On our way out they surprised us with an additional 600 euro charge never agreed to after booking 3 rooms fir a whole week ( great customers) the manager of the hotel attacked my guest and grabbed her by the arm and shut the lobby door if she didn’t pay the extra 600 euros never agreed upon as we were PAiD in full by Expedia! We will request a full refund for our stay ! The manager after yelling and assaulting us and locking us in would not give me her name for my attorney after we were assaulted! The breakfast server will yell at you if you order more of anything! This is the worst hotel in the world! The only good thing was the location DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION!!
