He doesn’t clean the room so nasty. There’s a cockroach and a lot of trash in the patio. Also, there’s a cigarettes, ashtray and bottles of red horse beer inside the room.

I liked the people who worked there, verry friendly. It was all just good they even carried my suitcase upstairs. The TV had no signal but maybe that was just during my 1 night stay and i was to tired to watch anyway. All in al a pleasant stay I can recommend.

I came at hotel 1:30P, but the staff didn’t let me check in although room was ready. They tried to charged me 145 piso for early 30 mins. It is no nice to treat customers. Other is okay.

Not good at all. Zero communication.
Compared other Php 2000 hotel this is very bad. Being near the airport makes people want to book this thinking this is a descent hotel from hotels.com. No communication at all. Only allowed to contact hotel once booked but, provided number is unable to be reached. Emailed 3 days prior to stay but no response regarding request for laguage. Even support team is unable to reach this establishment. Had 5 laguages placed us at 3rd floor via stairs.

The property would not answer their phone for me or for Expedia rep. Customer service POOR! I wanted to know the policy on having to have a test to stay there it didn’t say on the front page my wife didn’t want to try it if the deny her she would not have a place in Manila. The photos you see is not as what it is. You can see dead rats, pet waste at the entrance of the building. I do not know if bed sheets are changed every time it is used by guest. My flight was rescheduled and the staff told me that I have to pay 2,500 for another night because it is walked in, and told me they are fully booked but can accomodate me for 2,500 PHP. I moved to a different hotel, and one of the staff told me he can help. He called a hotel nearby, again for PHP2500. I was scammed! Mobile booking was only PHP1500-1700. For those who are looking for a place to stay overnight, I do not recommend REDDOORZ near NAIA Terminal 1.

一階の部屋で裏ドアから外にでられたが、その ドアの鍵が簡単に外から壊せるもので、セキュリー上の不安があった。また、部屋の空調の温度設定ができず、寒かった。 他は、料金見合いで満足であった。
