I booked my super single room 2 mothers in advance. When I arrived my room was not ready. Receptionist offered my other room with four beds no TV and sharing bathroom. essentialy totally opposite than I booked so I this situation I decided change hotels which obviously resulted extra problem and money. I made complain to Expedia and Very Berry Hostel nearly one week ago - no answer, no reaction from both sides.
