Was a little hard to find - no street level signs, you just have to trust the address on your location as this is an apartment and not hotel. That said, the staff was there to meet us and get us situated without difficulty. And the apartment was great--two separate bedrooms, a sitting/dining room, and a full kitchen with stove and fridge--we loved the ability to cook for ourselves while in Luzern and save money for eating out later in the week when we stayed in other cities with traditional hotel rooms (eating out in Switzerland is expensive!). All in all, spacious, convenient location away from the train station/old town (but certainly walkable) only a couple blocks from the Lion statue/park and with a Coop and Migros close by.
