Our room is more like a studio apartment than a traditional hotel room. It’s great to have all the convenience of a home even for a short 3 days stay. Breakfast was served at the restaurant on the ground floor with more than adequate selections plus the option of eggs prepared to our liking. The location has a lot to offer with just a short walk to the city center with all the attractions and the U4/U5 metro station. We will stay here in our future trips to Frankfurt for sure.

Very modern, clean, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly, polite and helpful. Our only complaint was the lord music from another room and from cars in the street were very loud until 4am. The hotel has impressive soundproof doors and windows but still could hear boom boom boom all night long. Very convenient location and price. Would stay there again, just bring ear plugs.

I stayed there for 4 nights, overpaying due "high demand" .. room was cleaned every 3 days. Initially I wanted to cancel my booking and offered them to pay only the first night, they refused and had to stay there. Then I required a 5th night, and payed in Expedia, i didnt want to pack-unpack again, anyways they made me change of room with early check up late check in..... this dispite their over rate per night. We stayed at The Flag Oskar, for 3 nights, June 22-24 as part of a 3-city tour for Euros 2024. The studio was very spacious, with a bed divided by a partition, tons of storage, living room, small kitchen table and 2 chairs, kitchen with necessities including good size fridge and walk in shower bathroom. We had a balcony with a partial river view (nice corner room 207). You could control the temp as you like too. Bed was comfortable. We opted to get the breakfast at the attached restaurant for ease and it was buffet style and you could get eggs cooked fresh (scrambled, fried or omelet) and had good cappuccino. There is also an outdoor patio with tables and chairs at the restaurant and they had a TV to watch the Euro games. The food was Italian and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Euro Fan Zone which was great. The old town is close by (again 15 min walk) where there are lots of restaurants and cafes, shopping and great architecture. It is close to the area to catch a short river cruise (50 and 100 min). I would highly recommend.

What a disappointment this place has been. I had high hopes because of the excellent reviews and I paid for a premium room with a view. In reality the room was mediocre at best. The room was never cleaned while I stayed (i was told one had stay more than 2 days). There was garbage in front of my room. What a scam of a disgusting hotel. Avoid it if you can!

Worst check in ever!!!
The worst experience with check in I ever had. And I do travel a lot and I do book hotels for my artists around the world! We came at 9 AM on June 9th 2024 and asked for early check in. We were told that hotel is fully booked. We said that we are ready to pay for an extra night so that we can check in to any rooms available, just to be able to go to sleep as we had an early morning flight and did not sleep almost all night. The gentleman at the front desk told us that as soon as he will have anything available he will let us know. Long story make it short. We have been waiting until 3 PM!!! So he did not check us in until OUR room was ready! So the check out is 11 AM. And until 3 PM none of the rooms where ready???!!! This is ridiculous! I came with my mother to Frankfurt in order to have a surgery for her and she needed to have a good rest before! And that is what she got instead. We have been sitting in the restaurant inside the hotel from 9 AM till 3 PM! By the way the restaurant is highly recommended! Great food and nice staff 👌
