No staff present after check in. No answer to msgs
Communication on the 1st day on arrival was very good. They lock the gate around midnight. Make sure you will know where the key is if you'll attend the sunrise tour in the temples. I couldn't leave the premises on the first night. Would not be so good in the case of fire, either. The check in guy didn't respond the messager nor calls after the 1st day. The room was good, mattres was good. Lot of mosquitos and very hot when you close the windows.
