Came for the kids, did not have a working TV for the first night. Had to call the maintenance two times, was not fixed. Day two was moved to a different room that was full of marijuana smoke, the girl at the front desk seamed shocked that I had a problem with drugs being in my room. Was finally moved to a drug free room. Was told we would be discounted for one night, never happened. Food was limited, I will share my experience with Shangri-La.

The property was beautiful. When we opened our curtains the next morning you could see the pool and the lake in the background. So beautiful!! My only thing I would change is adding a place for people to charge their phones that forgot their box and only had their cord. That’s the only thing otherwise it’s perfect

Not a large selection of much of anything close by but that’s because the whole resort is sort of at the end of a peninsula. Had to drive 25 miles into town to get a phone cord, but I expected that. The facility is fabulous and the golf course is amazing!!! Just bring everything you need and you’ll be awe inspired.

Hotels is nice, very clean with great amenities. Even though hotel seemed to be at very low occupancy, i was placed in a room with a view on to a roof AC. In addition, i could hear people talking in a room above me, not to mention them walking or opening water faucets, flushing etc. Very poor noise isolation. Nothing to eat after 9PM. Plus for having working tesla chargers.
