Okay but overpriced

The room was really small for 4 people with no space for luggage and barely any space to walk between the beds. The staff was not very helpful and didn’t give any information about breakfast or even offered us to add it. Left some clothes for laundry and told them normal laundry, not dry cleaning. It came back dry cleaned with a cost of over 100USD… paid more to have my socks cleaned than what I paid to buy them. The hotel is far away from everything while also being close to everything. All main attractions are within 30 min by car but nothing is within walking distance

5 minute walk to a very convenient subway station. Super quiet inside. Firm yet comfortable beds. The rooms are very small, but that seems standard for Tokyo. Great place for first time travelers to Japan since the neighborhood is more calm/easy to navigate compared to crowded areas.

Excellent location about a mile away from the popular Shinjuku area. Akebonobashi station is up the block. Great staff, tons of food places nearby. This is a good location if you want to be close to the party area but in a calm part of Shinjuku.
