I only stayed here one night before my flight in the morning, but it was pleasant and clean and offered lots of nice things in the room - for example noodles & a cake if needed. Bed was comfy and overall good service.

It was cheap -- and deservedly so. The A/C didn't work properly, there were no nearby options to eat at that would take a credit card. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was important when we needed to get a taxi to the airport.

Good hotel for overnight before flight. Clean, nice staff. I asked to get help with pick up from airport, but did not get a response and had to pay more for taxi who brought us to wrong hotel. We then had to transfer in the owner’s car to the correct hotel.

This hotel was nothing like the listing photos. Dilapidated, on the side of a dirty road with trucks driving by all night and a rooster living on the roof (no joke) that woke me up to a lizard in the bathroom. The only good thing I can say was that it was 10 minutes from the airport and had decent WiFi. Next time I’ll stay in Hanoi and wake up early.

Good Place to Stay
Very close to the airport. If you walk it like I did, though, it will take you close to an hour. But its a pretty straighy line. People are nice and willing to help anwser any questions you might have even if they dont speak English very well. Wouldn't recomend if you expect more than a good night's rest and a good morning start; it's just the basics, but worth every penny.

When we checked in they told us that they don’t have room for us, although we already payed. They moved us in 3 am in the morning from one hotel to the other just to find us another room,

Small but very well run by a very friendly owner. Nothing was too difficult for him, just ask him and he will try to help. He ordered me 3 meals which were delivered to the room, did me a veggie breakfast each morning, I got free coffee in the reception, cheap airport pickup and drop off service. Overall great value for money if you don't want anything fancy.

It was so loud and dusty my asthma was so bad because of the construction. The electricity kept powering off. We left after just a few hours of being there. We arrived early and were charged a 120.000 fee to get an early check-in, then the two of us( me and my friend) were placed in a single bed room when i booked a double bed. After I went back down two flights of steps to inquire she said our room wasn't ready yet . I waited over an hour for them to give us our correct accommodations before returning down to the loby to inquire about it. It seemed like they just forgot, but meanwhile I'm completely filthy needing a shower and trying to be mindful of not dirtying the room.The construction was so loud and all we wanted was to rest from our long journey. The woman working the desk was helpful in arranging a car for my partner to arrive. Someone should have told us the building was being drilled into by a whole construction crew and that power and internet would be spotty. Very unsatisfied.

großzügig, nett und sehr guter Service. Leider zum Schlafen etwas laut. Wenn man sich abholen lässt (was problemlos klappt), unbedingt den gesamten Namen des Hotels angeben, in welches man gebracht werden möchte, sonst landet man ggf in einem anderen, da die angegebene eine Sammelnummer ist und es mehrere Airport Hotels gibt.
