I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there .
Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks . Not a single one labled so guests are having to open the flask lid and put thier nose to smell what the hot liquid is : Tea / Coffee / Hot Chocolate . Not very hygiene.
Lack of breakfast items . On arrival i was shown to my suite which was clean ..i was shown to the room safe ...The first thing i did was i put passport in the safe and locked the safe ..To my horror i could not open the safe again - had to call reception . They sent a couple of guys who after 20 mins got it open ..but it meant i could not use the safe again ..
I then tried the TV - again not working . Satellite box had to be changed twice ! Over 2 days..
I then ordered Masala Chai ! Which i thought was stale not fresh at all ..I ordered another cup ...again stale most likely pre made . By now i had to call reception and ask them to ensure my tea was fresh . Finally some effort was made and when my tea did arrive the room service guy bought tray load of food into my room - I said that food is nit mine !!!He replied yes i know .its for another room but iam just dropping your Tea on nthe way ...The thought that someone else 's food had been in my room and juggled about is very uncomfortable with me . Failure of Management
