Our trip was in winter. We had a suite and it was beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, amazing view. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The attention and hospitality was a 10 for me. We walked everywhere since it was centrally located. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores all around it. Their 360 Rooftop views of Madrid were stunning.

Excellent hotel. Superb views. Very lovely and very polite staff. They will open the door of the hotel every time you arrive. Our room had a gorgeous view of the Plaza. The Gran Via avenue is awesome for walk. I think one of the best hotels you can stay in Madrid. There is also the crazy rooftop bar with the iconic foto of the city.

Great central location, a buzzing large hotel
A great location, with spectacular views from the rooftop bar. It has the best and the drawbacks of a very large hotel complex, but it does run these very well. We were very satisfied overall, though a few of the creature comforts were missing. Buffet breakfast was a logistical success, given the large numbers. Staff were very attentive to all requests, and most helpful. A little more attention to maintenance is recommended here.

We loved our stay. This is a busy hotel with lots of floors in a tower and hundreds of rooms. The photos of the rooftop restaurant (VERY popular) me to believe it was a little more of a boutique property, as the rooms were super basic, but it was comfortable all the same and I slept great.

Very nice and well located hotel but no A/C
The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. Even than the nights are cold, the room was hot as the sun was facing our window. We complained with the staff as we are used to have AC in the US and they asked us to keep the window open, which was not helpful due to the street noise and not enough to cool down the temperature that was almost 80 when we went to bed.
