We were in room 301 so we got a window. The check in process is not user friendly.

Not too bad hotel

The stay for 7D6N is ok cos is really near shilin night market. But the room quite small for our family of 4. The pillow is super thin and we asked for more pillow they wanna charge us. The pillow is thin until very hard to sleep so they really should change to a better quality pillow if they dun wanna provide extra pillows. Overall still not that bad and customer services is consider fast and responsive.

Room was fine. It did not look like what was advertised. Self check inn didn’t work so had to keep running outside to the phone at the front of the building to get checked in. Good location to the night market but thankfully only stayed one night. Would not have stayed long term.

士林夜市から徒歩15秒の最高な立地でした！ 毎日タオルとゴミの回収をしてくれてお水もサービスしてくれます！ 最初の入口のパスワードを手に入れるのにお店の人とLINEをしなくては行けませんがそこ以外は大変なところは全くなかったです。 LINEでトイレットペーパー補充も頼めたので逆に便利でした。 また泊まりたいです！

ツインルームを予約したのにダブルベットの部屋を渡された。 部屋の交換を頼んだが空き部屋がないとのことで別の建物へ案内された。 対応は普通だったが、待たされた挙げ句、特に何もサービスも受けることはなかった。 日本語対応のLINEがあったことは良かったが、それ以外は普通のビジネスホテルと変わらない。

安さ優先、「無人チェックイン／アウト」とわかっていたのだから、予想通り。可もなく不可もなく。換気扇の音が大きいし換気口を伝って何か話し声は聞こえたが、寝られた。変な客はいなかったようだ。１度だけ清掃員とエレベーターで一緒になったが無愛想。でも、日本のラブホテルで接客の良さを求めないのと同じことだと思う。連絡先のLINEは結局返事が返って来なくて、極めて不満。チェックイン方法は日本語に切り替えられるが、普段説明書を読めない人・デジタルに弱い人には難しいだろう。入口はすぐに見つかった。市場のほぼ真横にあって、それでも静かで、安いのがメリット。
