The latest check-in time is 7PM - which is way too early and had to be looked up by the customers. I arrived at 7:15PM and was stuck at the door for 30 minutes until someone answered the call for service at around 7:45PM. If you are checking in after 7PM, tell them in advance or simply look for another place to stay to keep yourselves out of hassle and panic. Nothing is automatically assisted except for 2 bottles of water every morning. If you want new towels or new toiletries, tell them in advance, there may not be anyone working at that moment, which was frustrating for me. Also, bear in mind that there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage after check-out, basically near-zero services.
