Everything was good here. Fortunately the staff speak English and they helped me in everything :) The breakfast is very good, but it was a bit boring after 6 days stay only eggs in different way to prepare.

Lets start from good to bad: Breakfast. They did the best of all in our 4 weeks! Very good. Loved the omelette!!!! :-) superb!! Please. If a tourist try‘s speaking Cuban Spanish. Asking if he speaks English is strange. Try to understand the pronunciation, we do with your English too! And we might speak a few more. Also, we had a little discussion with the taxi dude, and the lady, speaking English and the mother language, just looked, was not helpful! Maybe not just looking, actively helping your guests would have been appreciated! The smell in our bathroom, what during the day was than the hole room, due to the cleaning staff was, lets say, bad, that could be improved! All in all! Was nice! Thanks for all.

un mini Hotel più che una casa particular,
Abbiamo soggiornato a Hostal Heredia e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Questa struttura funziona come un mini hotel, con una reception aperta 24 ore su 24 e un servizio eccellente sia alla reception che durante la colazione. Le stanze sono nuove, pulitissime, ampie e dotate di tutti i comfort, con doccia e bagno di qualità quasi europea. La colazione è abbondante e varia, con frutta, formaggio, uova, prosciutto, pane, pancake, cioccolato e Nesquik. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, e il prezzo è ottimo. L'hostal si trova a soli 50 metri da Plaza de Marte, in una posizione perfetta per esplorare la città. Inoltre, ci hanno organizzato un eccellente servizio taxi con un mini tour della città.
