Extremely clean, very modern furniture. Unfortunately the filter for the air-conditioning unit was very dirty, so no proper cooling in the room and the staff was very reluctant to compensate for the issue. Having a proper cooling is essential due to the weather conditions in Khon Kaen. Not sure if I'll come back here, only because of the staffs lack of servicemindness.

There was no kettle in the room.. The shower and toilet space was small and open.. The water splashed around.. There were ants walking on the floor of the room, estimated to be at least several hundred if not thousands.. You could also see a spider.. Really untidy and unpleasant experience...

I chose this hotel specifically for its location, which was nearest to the hospital clinic. Small but clean room with a comfortable bed. 7-11 and a night market nearby.

Ok for 1 night
Not bad hotel for 1 night, but if you don't read Thai it's very difficult to find. It's located inside a city block with alleys on each side and housing around it. There are 2 street markets either side of the hotel and all 4 streets around the block have a Thai sign directing you to the hotel. Nothing in English though and no name on the front of the hotel.
