This email is more for the management; your reception staff was attentive on the night shift; security is very friendly and is aware of everything; however, the ceilings in the room were very deplorable, the television service, iron did not work; the bathroom in the shower was dirty in the showers; towels were missing and therefore I had to ask; they have only one trash can in the bathroom; it does not have a bipedal for the suitcases; in the hallway they have dehumidifiers but they are already full, I saw that when I arrived and left that it was more than 8 hours with the same humidity; the parking lot is safer but they should provide more detailed information so I can leave and not waste time going and coming back; one of the pillows still had hair on it that was not mine, it belonged to a woman because I do not have hair, thank you; ahhh the amenities of the coffee or coffee maker were dirty and dusty; very important, I wanted to go to the pool and I found the surprise that it was empty and out of use; The gym is very well equipped for a very small space. I want to express this because of the location, security and the employees who are doing their job. However, management should be more aware of all these details. I thought about staying another day at the beginning but decided to go to another hotel. I hope they can improve these deficiencies.
