Best place to stay ever!!
This Inn was built in 1801, so it’s a very old Inn. There are not enough superlatives. Fantastic. Awesome. Amazing. Going back definitely. All rooms are beautifully furnished with four-posters and very comfortable chairs. Place to be lived in. Immaculately clean. As soon as you walk in you want to stay forever. Warm. Delicious homemade breakfasts. Innkeeper Elizabeth is friendly and accommodating. We could have talked for hours. Still blissing out days later.

We had a truly delightful experience at Buckmaster Inn. Liz and Richard, our gracious innkeepers, were exceptional hosts. Their skillful updates breathed new life into their gorgeous 200 year old home. Breakfasts were a highlight, featuring superb dishes like ham and cheese quiche, including freshly baked pies lovingly prepared by Liz. We highly highly recommend Buckmaster Inn and we can’t wait to be back.
We had one of the smaller rooms because we booked last minute. It was immaculate and cozy with a very large bathroom.

Great hospitality, great breakfast, great accommodations in a beautifully decorated old home. You should travel out of your way to stay here. A beautiful home to stay in. Our room was perfect.Our host was very welcoming and took time to help us find places to visit. From arriving to departing everything was perfect. Elizabeth and Richard were warm and welcoming. The entire place was immaculate. The breakfasts were incredible and you could sit and talk with the other guests as long as you wanted - there was no rushing.The bed was comfy. I will definitely go back - it was a wonderful experience! Elizabeth actually had a dress I left behind in the mail before I even knew I had left it. What service!
