"The hotel is very charming and being on the lakeside, it is very upscale feeling but nicely removed from the busy feel of the town. Room was very clean and freshly renovated. Nice to be able to pull your car up to your door but still feel like a resort and not a motel.staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The staff was amazing. Our room was ready early which meant a lot to us. We were photographing a wedding in Chelan and its always nice to leave our stuff in a room and not in the car. The grounds were beautiful and it was nice to come back after a long day and relax in a wonderful and quiet room. Thank you!
