"Live Aqua was amazing. Visited for my birthday trip, and the staff made me feel like a regular. After the trip I just had, I just might become VIP. Plenty food options, entire resort is beautiful, and fun interactions throughout the day. All staff were helpful and attentive. Shoutout to Jensky, Joe, Noris, Marian, Rosa, Nancy, Adrian, Joel, Salvador, July, Jhonny, Miguel, George, and Delvin! They truly made my experience unforgettable. Thank you!! If you’re looking for a safe solo spot or a couples trip, I’d highly recommend Live Aqua in Punta Cana."

"This resort is extremely beautiful- such a relaxing place to spend a few days and just unwind. The food is great at all the restaurants. The rooms are nice and upgraded. Staff is all very friendly. I would definitely get the excellence club rooms if possible. They come with nice benefits such as private beach and even a private restaurant. If I had to say one thing I found negative, I’d say it was the people with the animals (monkey, lizard, parrots) who come and bother you when you’re trying to lay out on the beach. This may not be the resort’s fault per se, but it was frustrating that every day some person came up to pester me about taking pictures with animals (one day the guy actually put the lizard on my leg and wouldn’t remove it until I got kinda nasty with him) When we are enjoying the beach, the last thing we want is someone coming up and putting animals on us or trying to get us to pay for pictures. "

"The staff alone (entertainment) they will definitely see me again. There are so many food options you can’t even decide what to get because everything looks AND tastes amazing the Japanese restaurant was BY FAR our favorite! We ordered room service at all hours and they always delivered. The pools were so much fun! There’s a quiet pool where to read/tan and things like that if that’s more your vibe. The main pool was where the party was at! We did water aerobics (so much harder than you think), played hot potato with a twist it was so fun. Alexis was amazing we met him, Maria and Rococada on day one and let me tell you they did not disappoint. Truly a Burst or energy they excelled at their job Rococada was always dancing and just killing it out there. Alexis and Bubalu were hilarious always had us laughing and you could see how hard they work but still made it so fun. We played bingo with bubalu and Franchesca and even though we didn’t get to win a prize it was such a great time truly. Franchesca was so sweet and she also did the Zumba on the beach we got a killer work out there. There are some more people I might be forgetting to mention but on the staff alone the service was excellent. The room we were in was not the cleanest so they definitely lost points with me there the sheets had some hairs before we even laid down but someone came in and changed the sheets. Hot tub was so dirty and room service never cleaned it we never got to use it that sucked. Everything else 10/10"
