"Very nice staff. One of the cleanest rooms I have had. There was a noise issue with the room above us but the staff were very attentive in trying to solve the issue. Due to this issue it was extremely disruptive to our experience and the staff gave us a bit of a refund for the hassle. Will stay again "

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly! They could have been grumpy because some of them surely were missing Christmas with their families, but everyone was amazing. The price was amazing and the hot breakfasts were very good. We really enjoyed our stay there, and will definitely stay again. "

"I was really pleased to see them serve free chicken soup, on top of coffee & tea, at the lobby at a time when it was so cold outside. We were there for the holidays at -20 weather. The soup was very thoughful of them."
