The Beatles statue on the Pier Head in Liverpool depicts the larger-than-life Fab Four casually strolling along the River Mersey. The statue, which features striking detail that renders each band member remarkably lifelike, arrived on Liverpool’s Waterfront in December 2015.
This is only one of many must-visits for Beatles fans, and it’s conveniently located near a great deal of other iconic spots. It’s only about a kilometre away from 2 of the clubs in which the Beatles began to create a name for themselves, The Jacaranda and the Cavern Club, which still host live music today.

Highlights of The Beatles Statue
The Beatles Statue was donated by the musical group's home venue, The Cavern Club, and was unveiled on the 50th anniversary of their final public appearance in the city.
The Beatles, of course, are only one part of the infamous British Invasion in music, and music fans can walk a minute to stop by the British Music Experience – a museum that features a variety of costumes, instruments and more to relive the glory and wonder of some of Britain’s most beloved musicians. Some exhibitions include outfits from artists like Freddie Mercury, the Spice Girls, Dusty Springfield and Adam Ant, just to name a few.
