Poor location down unlit, unnamed road, dangerous at night. Very friendly but unprofessional staff. As asked I sent message to request free transportation from airport but after a week didnt get an answer so phoned the hotel number. This was answered by a very rude guy who said he couldnt help us as it was his day off and insisted I phoned another number but no-one ever answered so I found 2 other numbers for the hotel on Facebook but no answer again. Finally sent complaint to their reservations email and got confirmation of transfer. Arrived at hotel and checked into wrong room with single beds and not double as requested but decided to accept it. On booking we got confirmation of new year eve dinner but hotel wanted another 100 dollars etc. Didnt argue as didnt want to go anyway.. Room fairly clean but housekeeping only turned up once in 3 days to clean so had to go out and buy all amenities including toilet roll etc. Complained to reception who apologised and promised to correct but never did. First morning at breakfast waited 30 minutes to get coffee followed by awful cold American breakfast. Tables not prepared and had to ask for cutlery, sugar, milk, salt, pepper and napkins which was not easy as waitress had no English but she was very friendly. Didnt go for breakfast next day but on last morning had Asian breakfast which was better but with completely hopeless friendly service. On last morning reception had lost our booking for transfer back to airport.
