Amazing place to stay!! Clean! Quiet! Friendly!
The staff was very pleasant and helpful! The breakfast had a lot of variety and was good! The location of the hotel was central to everything without being in the ruckus. It was quiet and the rooms were spacious! We couldn’t have asked for more! :-) definitely recommend to anyone!!!!

We stayed for six days and had a fantastic stay. Very friendly staff, big rooms, great breakfast and close to the theme parks. Sadly the bar wasn’t open yet. It’s close to a bigger road so expect some noise from the traffic. We would defined come back again.

The hotel was pristine. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The front desk people greeted us every time we entered and told us to have a great day every time we left. The location is perfect and safe. Right next to the best chicken and waffles restaurant. I would stay here again easily. What a great place to stay!!

Good value. We really enjoyed the pool area, which was a nice place to relax after a hectic day of theme parks. The complimentary breakfast was great. The location is good too. We missed the shuttle to Universal, but an Uber was easy and inexpensive.

My only issues were that the bedroom carpet could have been vacuumed a little better in some spots and the shower door leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

Great service
Nice place. Stayed one night. Arrived after 3 and room type was not ready. The individual working the counter did an awesome job to provide an alternative that worked. He was very calm. I was impressed on how he handled it. The only negative thing is the bar is not open. Part of why I picked this hotel was the bar. I like to relax after a full day of the WDW parks.

Good find for a family going to Universal
The room was great with good space for the family to spread out. The breakfast was good and staff was helpful. The shuttle to Universal is pretty convenient with two trips a day and is only 10-15 minutes on the shuttle. There is a Trolley system that can get you to Sea World that runs every 20 minutes, but there are a lot of stops so we drove. We didn’t look into the Disney transportation. The hotel is brand new and was still needing a few finishing touches, but I would definitely stay there again.

It was really clean
We stayed December 13, 2024 through December 15, 2024. In short – No bedbugs no smell of mold no wet or moldy carpet no signs of water damage no german roaches no dangerous parking lot no mysterious overcharges The maids did a great job. No bedbugs. We lifted both mattresses and checked. We looked around the baseboards, headboards, and around the nightstands. Didn't find any bugs. The microwave, stove, fridge, the whole kitchen were wiped down each day we returned from the park. They replaced dirty dishes and towels. Thank you!!! Gorgeous hotel. I just needed a clean hotel room and to not bring home bugs.

Great Hotel
Very nice stay. The hotel is new. The room was a good size with a fully equipped kitchen (other than a microwave). DaShaun was at the front desk on two days of our stay. Very nice young lady. Professional, courteous, and answered each of our questions with ease. She is a good representative for the Hyatt House. Because the hotel is new, the pool and bar are not open yet. We used the workout room. Nicely equipped with dumbbells (2.5 to 50lbs) an adjustable bench, cable machine, Kettle Bells, medicine balls, bands, 3 mats, an exercise ball, 1 spin bike, 2 treadmills, and 2 ellipticals. Cleaning wipes and head phones were available for individual use. The breakfast area was clean and well staffed. Breakfast was good on both days. Hot and cold options available. Parking was free, which is greatly appreciated since most hotels in this area charge for parking. A security officer worked each shift at the hotel. Both guards we spoke with were professional young men. Even though this area is safe, the hotel provides security as an extra amenity. We would stay at the Hyatt House again and recommend this hotel.

Hotel novo, quarto amplo, cozinha completa, limpeza e troca de toalhas diária; a camareira inclusive colocava a louça na máquina para lavar; localização perfeita; muito próximo aos parques da Universal, ao outlet Premium e aos restaurantes brasileiros da International Drive, além de fácil acesso à I-4; cafe da manhã superior ao padrão americano; estacionamento gratuito; não cobram para receber encomendas desde que você já esteja hospedado no hotel. Recomendo sem qualquer dúvida e voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Excelente hotel novinho recem inaugurado com cozinha completa nos quartos. Tudo novo. Cafe da manha do hotel atendeu super bem tambem, no estilo americano. Ovos, bancos, salsichas, panquecas, wafles, torradas, frutas iogurte cafe leite e etc...estacionamento disponivel e gratis. Localizacao mais que perfeita no voracao da international drive em ao lado do Camilas restaurante. Da pra ir a pe. Otimo para familias com criancas.
