The level of service by the staff was terrible.I paid for my room in local currency as instructed by Expedia. However, they failed to register the payment in their system and I was asked several times to pay. I was annoyed and offended as the employees didn't seem to believe me. They also wanted to charge me for early check in after I had taken the room without telling me in advance what the policy was. Their English is basic or non existent. One woman at the front desk wanted to communicate with me with an application on her phone.
Their restaurant has a menu only in Russian and the day I had dinner there they were only serving chicken.
The wifi in the room stopped working and although I told them a few times, they didn't fix it. At my insistence, they sent a man who, after checking and calling a colleague, left and never came back again. There was no apology.
The room was clean but there was mould in the shower.
Based on my bad experience, I don't recommend this hotel.
