My message to the unresponsive general manager during my stay.

I’ve stayed at Marriotts globally for 212 nights in 2023, using both the Bonvoy app and third-party sites, drawn by the exceptional service of your Marriott colleagues. However, my experience at the Four Points by Sharjah has been profoundly disappointing, marking my worst Marriott stay.
The furniture from the lobby to the room is noticeably stained. Near the cafe, the business center computers are surrounded by biting gnats/insects.
Last night, I reached out through the Bonvoy chat, stranded downtown for over an hour, unable to secure an Uber back to the hotel since all Ubers demanded cash. I requested a paid hotel car service, but your staff directed me to call reception, despite being just feet away.
I ordered room service roasted buffalo wings, only to receive nearly raw wings floating in a deep bowl of sugary sauce with white rice.
When I sought management through your front desk staffer Hossam, he smirked, falsely claiming he was the sole staff member, just before four others emerged from the back office.
Marriott’s reputation for safety, professional customer service, cleanliness, and cuisine is why I travel with the brand. It’s disheartening that Four Points Sharjah falls short of these standards.
